I work with paper, cutting, tearing, slicing, and layering to create 2-D dimensional images. Get close and see that the texture, depth, light and shadow are developed through the layering, texture and choice of colored paper.
 
 

Dendrobates leucomelas, dart frog

Often call the Lemon Dart Frog. The small dot at bottom left leg is the actual size of a quarter which is the normal size of this frog. This work is sculptural as the frog almost jumps off the painting.
