Bushman Hare
The Bushmanhare also known as Riverine Rabbit is an one of the most endangered species in the world. Found only in South Africa's Karoo Desert. A large hare which lives in burrows along stream beds. Producing only one off spring per year. Endangered because of loss of habitat due to farming practices. Only 500 adults 1500 in all are left. Medium: Paper, Gel medium on canvas. 9' x 12"
